|Recommended: YesNeighbors sound like elephants — my upstairs neighbors genuinely sound like the are constantly writhing on the floor and jumping. also more dirt came ice cream in the vending machine please
|Recommended: YesLiving at ROAM — The property is clean, the office staff is amazing and the rooms have a good size. Only downside is that the walls are pretty thin and you can hear everything your upstairs neighbor is doing.

|Recommended: NoToo many fees for quality — I am very disappointed with my early move in and spending 350 plus “start up utilities” fees when the utilities already need maintenance and there was no hot water.

|Recommended: YesGood location — The location is great. I just wish there was a more thorough inspection before moving in as my room and bathroom were dirty and had chipped paint. Also, my fob for parking did not work for the first few days which defeats the purpose of paying for parking in a garage.
